Environmental judicial officers are appointed from among the persons mentioned in the first and third paragraphs of Article R. 15-33-29-21, by joint order of the Minister of Justice and the Minister for the Environment, on a proposal from the Director General of the French Biodiversity Office and after receiving the assent of the commission mentioned in Article R. 15-33-29-19.
Les officiers judiciaires de l’environnement sont désignés parmi les personnes mentionnées aux premier et troisième alinéa de l’article R. 15-33-29-21, par arrêté conjoint du garde des sceaux, ministre de la justice, et du ministre chargé de l’environnement, sur proposition du directeur général de l’Office français de la biodiversité et après avis conforme de la commission mentionnée à l’article R. 15-33-29-19.
