Moveable assets placed in the hands of the law are handed over, with the authorisation of the public prosecutor, to the Agency for the Management and Recovery of Seized and Confiscated Assets, which proceeds with their disposal.
The proceeds of the sale are deposited with the Caisse des dépôts et consignations. An entry is made in a special register kept by the clerk of the judicial court.
Les biens meubles placés sous main de justice sont remis, sur autorisation du procureur de la République, à l’Agence de gestion et de recouvrement des avoirs saisis et confisqués qui procède à leur aliénation.
Le produit de la vente est consigné à la Caisse des dépôts et consignations. Il en est porté mention dans un registre spécial tenu par le greffe du tribunal judiciaire.
