Article R151-3 of the French Code governing the entry and residence of foreign nationals and the right of asylum

For the application of this book in French Guyana:
1° The references to the departmental council are replaced by the reference to the assembly of French Guyana;
2° In article R. 142-15, a of 5° is worded as follows:
” a) by the director of the territorially competent border police department”;
3° In Article R. 142-16, references to the regional directorates for business, competition, consumer affairs, labour and employment and to the regional director are replaced by references to the general directorate for populations and to the director general.

1° Les références au conseil départemental sont remplacées par la référence à l’assemblée de la Guyane ;
2° A l’article R. 142-15, le a du 5° est ainsi rédigé :

3° A l’article R. 142-16, les références aux directions régionales des entreprises, de la concurrence, de la consommation, du travail et de l’emploi et au directeur régional sont remplacées par la référence à la direction générale des populations et au directeur général.
