Article R1511-4-3 of the French General Code of Local Authorities

For the application of this section, the competent local authorities and their groupings may, alone or jointly, grant aid for property investment and rental in compliance with Articles 107 and 108 of the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union and the regulations deriving therefrom.

Pour l’application de la présente section, les collectivités territoriales compétentes et leurs groupements peuvent, seuls ou conjointement, accorder des aides à l’investissement immobilier et à la location dans le respect des articles 107 et 108 du Traité sur le fonctionnement de l’Union européenne et de la réglementation qui en découle.
