The draft agreement is submitted for an opinion to the regional health mission, which gives its opinion on the consistency between the aid envisaged and that granted, where applicable, by the health insurance bodies pursuant to the contractual arrangements provided for in Article L. 162-14-1 of the Social Security Code.

Le projet de convention est soumis pour avis à la mission régionale de santé, qui se prononce sur la cohérence entre les aides envisagées et celles accordées, le cas échéant, par les organismes d’assurance maladie en application des dispositifs conventionnels prévus par l’article L. 162-14-1 du code de la sécurité sociale.
