I.-The aid provided for in I of article L. 1511-9 is intended to support veterinary practice for the benefit of farm animals. This aid may be granted:
1° Either to the persons mentioned in article L. 241-1 of the rural and maritime fishing code and who have the health authorisation under the conditions provided for in article L. 203-1 of this code;
2° Or to the practice companies mentioned in its article L. 241-17, in which veterinarians with health authorisation carry out their activity.
II.-This aid may consist of :
1° The payment, in whole or in part, of investment or operating costs directly related to the activity of a veterinarian for the benefit of farm animals;
2° The payment to self-employed veterinarians of a flat-rate practice bonus;
3° The provision of accommodation or premises intended to facilitate the activity of veterinarians;
4° The payment of an installation bonus or the provision of premises enabling the activity to be carried out.
The aid provided for in 4° is subject to the establishment of a professional domicile for practice on the territory of the territorial authority or authorities or groupings that grant this aid.
III.-The total amount of aid granted by one or more territorial authorities may not exceed 60,000 euros per year and per beneficiary.
