Article R1524-1 of the French Public Health Code

Articles R. 1413-1 to R. 1413-44 are applicable in the territory of the Wallis and Futuna Islands, in the version resulting from Decree No. 2016-523 of 27 April 2016, subject to the adaptations provided for in the second paragraph.

In order to ensure that the National Public Health Agency carries out its duties in the territory of the Wallis and Futuna Islands, the Director General of the Agency shall enter into an agreement with the Director of the Wallis and Futuna Health Agency, specifying in particular the terms and conditions of the Agency’s involvement as set out in Article R. 1413-44.

Les articles R. 1413-1 à R. 1413-44 sont applicables dans le territoire des îles Wallis et Futuna, dans leur rédaction résultant du décret n° 2016-523 du 27 avril 2016, sous réserve des adaptations prévues au second alinéa.

Pour assurer l’exercice des missions de l’Agence nationale de santé publique dans le territoire des îles Wallis et Futuna, le directeur général de l’agence conclut avec le directeur de l’agence de santé de Wallis-et-Futuna une convention, précisant notamment les modalités d’intervention de l’agence prévues à l’article R. 1413-44.
