Article R1611-5 of the French General Code of Local Authorities

Personalised support vouchers are presented by beneficiaries to service providers, who may only accept them in payment under the conditions laid down for their use by distributors, in particular with regard to the nature of the goods, products, or services that may be acquired. The service providers shall certify that they are used in accordance with these conditions, by affixing the statement provided for in III of article R. 1611-8.

Les chèques d’accompagnement personnalisé sont présentés par les bénéficiaires aux prestataires qui ne peuvent les accepter en paiement qu’aux conditions fixées pour leur utilisation par les distributeurs, en particulier au regard de la nature des biens, produits, ou services qui peuvent être acquis. Les prestataires en certifient l’usage conforme à ces conditions, par l’apposition de la mention prévue au III de l’article R. 1611-8.
