Article R1613-11 of the French General Code of Local Authorities

The order awarding the grant includes, for each of the operations, the information provided for in article R. 2334-26. The provisions of articles R. 2334-24 and R. 2334-28 to R. 2334-31, with the exception of II of article R. 2334-30, are applicable to the allocation for each of the operations subsidised or for which a subsidy application has been made. For their application, and where necessary, the reference to communes or public establishments for inter-communal cooperation is replaced by that of the collectivity or grouping and the reference to the president of the public establishment for inter-communal cooperation by that of the president of the local executive.

L’arrêté attributif de subvention comprend, pour chacune des opérations, les mentions prévues à l’article R. 2334-26. Les dispositions des articles R. 2334-24 et R. 2334-28 à R. 2334-31, à l’exception du II de l’article R. 2334-30, sont applicables à la dotation pour chacune des opérations subventionnées ou faisant l’objet d’une demande de subvention. Pour leur application, et en tant que de besoin, la mention des communes ou des établissements publics de coopération intercommunale est remplacée par celle de la collectivité ou du groupement et la mention du président de l’établissement public de coopération intercommunale par celle du président de l’exécutif local.
