Article R1614-18 of the French General Code of Local Authorities

The mayor, or where applicable the president of the public establishment for inter-communal cooperation, sends the head of the State department in the département responsible for town planning a copy of the form for the prior declarations provided for in article L. 421-4 of the town planning code, submitted to the town hall, together with a statement of the action taken on them.

Le maire, ou le cas échéant le président de l’établissement public de coopération intercommunale, adresse au responsable du service de l’Etat dans le département chargé de l’urbanisme une copie du formulaire des déclarations préalables prévues à l’article L. 421-4 du code de l’urbanisme, déposées en mairie, complétées par la mention de la suite qui leur a été réservée.
