Paragraph 2: Town planning (R).

This paragraph sets out the conditions under which communes and public establishments for inter-communal cooperation are required, pursuant to article L. 1614-7, to continue compiling statistics relating to the exercise of the powers transferred to them in respect of town planning.

The mayor or the president of the public establishment for inter-communal cooperation sends the prefect: 1° A copy of each application for a building permit, development permit and demolition permit, completed by him/her, and of the decision ruling on this application; 2° A copy, completed by him/her, of planning certificates and prior declarations ; 3° A copy of the declarations of commencement and completion of works; 4° A copy of…

The mayor, or where applicable the president of the public establishment for inter-communal cooperation, sends the head of the State department in the département responsible for town planning a copy of the form for the prior declarations provided for in article L. 421-4 of the town planning code, submitted to the town hall, together with a statement of the action taken on them.

The various standardised forms used for the requests mentioned in article R. 1614-17 or for the declarations mentioned in article R. 1614-18 are provided free of charge by the State.

The collection and transmission of information and documents for the files referred to in article L. 423-2 of the town planning codeare carried out under the conditions laid down in articles R. 423-75 to R. 423-79 of the town planning code.
