Article R1614-40-2 of the French General Code of Local Authorities

Before 1 July each year, the president of the departmental council sends a statement describing the organisation of the housing solidarity fund, the local funds created pursuant to article 7 of Act no. 90-449 of 31 May 1990 as amended and the associations authorised to grant aid from the fund, relating to their purpose, management and secretariat, and statistical information relating to the previous year according to a standardised model set by joint order of the ministers responsible for the interior, social affairs and housing.

Article R1614-40-2

Le président du conseil départemental transmet chaque année, avant le 1er juillet, un état descriptif de l’organisation du fonds de solidarité pour le logement, des fonds locaux créés en application de l’article 7 de la loi n° 90-449 du 31 mai 1990 modifiée et des associations habilitées à accorder les aides du fonds, relatif à leur objet, leur gestion et leur secrétariat, et les renseignements statistiques relatifs à l’année précédente selon un modèle normalisé fixé par arrêté conjoint des ministres chargés de l’intérieur, des affaires sociales et du logement.
