Paragraph 6: Housing Solidarity Fund (R)

This paragraph sets out the conditions under which the department, pursuant to article L. 1614-7, is required to continue compiling statistics relating to the exercise of the powers transferred to it in respect of the housing solidarity fund.

Agreements between the State and the département may provide for: – the transmission of computer media that comply with the specifications of national information systems, in place of standardised documents; – the adaptation of standardised documents to the département’s own statistical needs or those of other partners in the housing solidarity fund and the joint production of specific statistics.
