Article R210-11 of the French Commercial code

In the event of a transfer of the registered office outside the jurisdiction of the court at whose registry the company was registered, the notice, published in a medium authorised to receive legal announcements in the department of the new registered office, shall state that the registered office has been transferred and shall reproduce the information provided for in 1°, 2°, 4° and 9° of l’article R. 210-4 and also includes:

1° The information provided for in 1° and 2° of article R. 123-237, as regards the former registered office;

2° An indication of the trade and companies register in which the company will be registered due to its new registered office.

En cas de transfert du siège social hors du ressort du tribunal au greffe duquel la société a été immatriculée, l’avis, publié dans un support habilité à recevoir des annonces légales du département du nouveau siège, indique que le siège social a été transféré et reproduit les mentions prévues aux 1°, 2°, 4° et 9° de l’article R. 210-4 et comporte en outre :

1° Les mentions prévues aux 1° et 2° de l’article R. 123-237, en ce qui concerne l’ancien siège social ;

2° L’indication du registre du commerce et des sociétés où la société sera immatriculée en raison de son nouveau siège social.
