Article R211-18-4 of the French Sports Code

The decisions of the Board of Directors, other than those relating to the budget, come into force without prior approval, with the exception of decisions relating to loans, acquisitions, exchanges and disposals of real estate or participation in bodies with legal personality, which are enforceable, in the absence of express approval already notified, within one month of receipt of these decisions by the Minister for Sport and the Minister for the Budget.

Les délibérations du conseil d’administration autres que celles portant sur le budget entrent en vigueur sans approbation préalable, à l’exception des délibérations portant sur les emprunts, les acquisitions, échanges et aliénations d’immeubles ou la participation à des organismes dotés de la personnalité morale qui sont exécutoires, à défaut d’approbation expresse déjà notifiée, dans un délai d’un mois à compter de la réception de ces délibérations par le ministre chargé des sports et le ministre chargé du budget.
