Article R211-24 of the French Cinema and Moving Image Code

When a work or document is broadcast on a television service, the public is warned in advance in a clear, intelligible and visible manner, both when the work or document is broadcast and in the programme announcements broadcast by the press and radio and television services or by any other means, of the specific prohibition on representation contained in the cinematographic exhibition licence.

Lorsqu’une œuvre ou un document fait l’objet d’une diffusion sur un service de télévision, le public est préalablement averti de façon claire, intelligible et apparente, tant lors de la diffusion de l’œuvre ou du document que dans les annonces des programmes diffusées par la presse et les services de radiodiffusion et de télévision ou par tout autre moyen, de l’interdiction particulière de représentation que comporte le visa d’exploitation cinématographique.
