Article R211-48 of the French Cinema and Moving Image Code

The cinematographic exhibition licence issued by the Minister for Culture includes :

1° The title of the work or document and the name of the director;

2° The duration of the work or document;

3° Where applicable, the duration of the interval and the duration of images other than those being filmed;

4° The classification measure and, where applicable, the warning attached to it, as determined by the applicant or the Minister for Culture;

5° The performance conditions mentioned in article R. 211-45 applicable on request.

Article R211-48

Le visa d’exploitation cinématographique délivré par le ministre chargé de la culture comporte :

1° Le titre de l’œuvre ou du document et le nom du réalisateur ;

2° La durée de l’œuvre ou du document ;

3° Le cas échéant, la durée de l’entracte ainsi que la durée des images autres que celles faisant l’objet de la captation ;

4° La mesure de classification et, le cas échéant, l’avertissement dont elle est assortie déterminés par l’auteur de la demande ou par le ministre chargé de la culture ;

5° Les conditions de représentation mentionnées à l’article R. 211-45 applicables à la demande.
