Article R211-97 of the French Sports Code

The agreement specifies the arrangements for accommodation, catering and ancillary services.

If the beneficiary of the training is a minor, the agreement also sets out the arrangements for supervision outside the time devoted to sports training and teaching, as well as the conditions for transporting the person concerned between his or her home and the places where the training takes place.

La convention précise les modalités de l’hébergement, de la restauration et des services annexes.

Lorsque le bénéficiaire de la formation est mineur, la convention fixe également les modalités de l’encadrement en dehors du temps consacré à la formation sportive et à l’enseignement, ainsi que les conditions de transport de l’intéressé entre son domicile et les lieux où se déroule la formation.
