Article R2112-5 of the French Public Health Code

In addition to individual or collective medical and social prevention activities, the departmental service must, either directly or by means of an agreement, organise at least sixteen half-days of prenatal consultations and family planning or education per week for every 100,000 inhabitants aged between fifteen and fifty residing in the department, including at least four half-days of prenatal consultations.

Outre les actions de prévention médico-sociale individuelles ou collectives, le service départemental doit, soit directement, soit par voie de convention, organiser chaque semaine au moins seize demi-journées de consultations prénatales et de planification ou éducation familiale pour 100 000 habitants âgés de quinze à cinquante ans résidant dans le département, dont au moins quatre demi-journées de consultations prénatales.
