Article R212-10-7 of the French Sports Code

As soon as the candidate has provided proof of possession of all the valid accumulation units, regardless of the method of acquisition, the rector of the academic region or the minister responsible for sports, for the activities mentioned in c of 5° of article R. 212-7 and for the activity of mountain leader, alone or, when the diploma decree so provides, jointly, issues, in accordance with article R. 212-10-6, the diploma in the speciality, the qualification in question, the option when it exists or the complementary certificate.

Article R212-10-7

Dès lors que le candidat justifie de la possession de la totalité des unités capitalisables en état de validité, quel qu’en soit le mode d’acquisition, le recteur de région académique ou le ministre chargé des sports pour les activités mentionnées au c du 5° de l’article R. 212-7 et pour l’activité d’accompagnateur en moyenne montagne, seul ou, lorsque l’arrêté du diplôme le prévoit, conjointement, délivre, conformément à l’article R. 212-10-6, le diplôme dans la spécialité, la mention considérée, l’option quand elle existe ou le certificat complémentaire.
