Article R212-22 of the French Cinema and Moving Image Code

The application for approval of a programming group or agreement is sent to the President of the Centre national du cinéma et de l’image animée.
This application must be accompanied by:
1° The group’s articles of association or the agreement setting up the cartel;
2° The programming contracts signed between the group and the exhibitors of cinemas that are members or between the members of the cartel;
3° The programming commitments that the group or cartel submits for approval.

Article R212-22

La demande d’agrément d’un groupement ou d’une entente de programmation est adressée au président du Centre national du cinéma et de l’image animée.
Cette demande est accompagnée :
1° Des statuts du groupement ou de la convention constitutive de l’entente ;
2° Des contrats de programmation conclus entre le groupement et les exploitants d’établissements de spectacles cinématographiques qui en sont membres ou entre les membres de l’entente ;
3° Des engagements de programmation que le groupement ou l’entente soumet à homologation.
