Article R212-26 of the French Cinema and Moving Image Code

The holder of the authorisation must notify the President of the Centre national du cinéma et de l’image animée of any change in the composition, articles of association or constituent agreement of a programming group or agreement within a period of no more than fifteen days, and the Centre national du cinéma et de l’image animée will issue an amending authorisation under the conditions set out in this sub-section.

Article R212-26

Toute modification intervenue dans la composition, les statuts ou la convention constitutive d’un groupement ou d’une entente de programmation est déclarée dans un délai qui ne peut excéder quinze jours par le titulaire de l’agrément au président du Centre national du cinéma et de l’image animée, qui délivre un agrément modificatif dans les conditions prévues à la présente sous-section.
