Proposals for programming commitments under 1° of Article R. 212-30 are attached to the application for approval.
Proposals for programming commitments under 2° of article R. 212-30 are sent by each cinema operator on the list provided for in the last paragraph of the same article within two months of the notification provided for in article R. 212-30.

Les propositions d’engagements de programmation au titre du 1° de l’article R. 212-30 sont jointes à la demande d’agrément.
Les propositions d’engagements de programmation au titre du 2° de l’article R. 212-30 sont adressées par chaque exploitant d’établissement de spectacles cinématographiques inscrit sur la liste prévue au dernier alinéa du même article dans les deux mois suivant la notification prévue à l’article R. 212-30.
