Article R212-56 of the French Cinema and Moving Image Code

The standard contract of association mentioned in 5° of article R. 212-54 provides in particular:

1° The reference price mentioned in article L. 212-29 or the guaranteed remuneration payment terms mentioned in article L. 212-30;

2° The rate of participation proportional to receipts;

3° Where applicable, the criteria and conditions for implementing the indexation mentioned in article R. 212-47 or article R. 212-48 depending on whether or not the exhibiting partner benefits from the guarantee.

Le contrat type d’association mentionné au 5° de l’article R. 212-54 prévoit notamment :

1° Le prix de référence mentionné à l’article L. 212-29 ou les modalités de versement de la rémunération garantie mentionnées à l’article L. 212-30 ;

2° Le taux de participation proportionnelle aux recettes ;

3° Le cas échéant, les critères et conditions de mise en œuvre de l’indexation mentionnée à l’article R. 212-47 ou à l’article R. 212-48 selon que l’exploitant associé bénéficie ou non de la garantie.
