Article R212-57 of the French Cinema and Moving Image Code

The application for amending approval shall be accompanied by all documents relating to the substantial change(s) envisaged.
When examining the application, all or some of the economic data listed in Article R. 212-55 are, upon request, forwarded to the President of the Centre national du cinéma et de l’image animée. The time limit for examining the request runs from receipt of the information requested.

La demande d’agrément modificatif est accompagnée de tout document relatif à la ou aux modifications substantielles envisagées.
Lors de l’instruction de la demande, tout ou partie des données économiques énumérées à l’article R. 212-55 sont, sur sa demande, transmises au président du Centre national du cinéma et de l’image animée. Le délai d’instruction de la demande court à compter de la réception des informations demandées.
