Article R212-6-7 of the French Cinema and Moving Image Code

The members of the Commission départementale d’aménagement cinématographique shall fill in a form for the declaration of the interests they hold and the functions they exercise in an economic activity. No member may sit on the committee unless he/she has submitted this duly completed form to the chairman of the committee.

Any member who fails to fulfil the obligations laid down in article L. 212-6-3 shall be automatically declared to have resigned by the Chairman of the Commission.

Les membres de la commission départementale d’aménagement cinématographique remplissent un formulaire destiné à la déclaration des intérêts qu’ils détiennent et des fonctions qu’ils exercent dans une activité économique. Aucun membre ne peut siéger s’il n’a remis au président de la commission ce formulaire dûment rempli.

Est déclaré démissionnaire d’office par le président de la commission tout membre qui ne remplit pas les obligations prévues à l’article L. 212-6-3.
