Article R212-6 of the French Sports Code

The rector of the academic region, or the minister responsible for sports for the activities mentioned in c of 5° of article R. 212-7 and for the activity of mountain leader, may, by means of a reasoned order and after having given the person concerned the opportunity to submit written observations, prohibit any person from taking part, temporarily or permanently, in the examinations and certifications organised in application of this code if that person has committed fraud:

-during an examination ;

-during an assessment leading to the award of a diploma mentioned in article R. 212-2 or a complementary certificate issued by the State.

Article R212-6

Le recteur de région académique, ou le ministre chargé des sports pour les activités mentionnées au c du 5° de l’article R. 212-7 et pour l’activité d’accompagnateur en moyenne montagne,peut, par arrêté motivé et après avoir mis l’intéressé en mesure de présenter des observations écrites, interdire à toute personne de se présenter, temporairement ou définitivement, aux examens et certifications organisés en application du présent code lorsqu’elle a commis une fraude :

-au cours d’un examen ;

-au cours d’une évaluation concourant à l’obtention d”un diplôme mentionné à l’article R. 212-2 ou d’un certificat complémentaire délivré par l’Etat.
