Article R212-7-29 of the French Cinema and Moving Image Code

The Government Commissioner obtains the opinion of the Minister for Culture, which he presents to the Commission nationale d’aménagement cinématographique. He gives his opinion on the applications examined by the Commission in the light of the hearings held.
