The activities carried out in a specific environment involving compliance with special safety measures referred to in article L. 212-2 are those relating to the practice of:
1° Scuba diving, anywhere, and freediving, in the natural environment and in diving pits ;
2° Canoeing and kayaking and associated disciplines on rivers of class greater than three in accordance with the technical classification standards laid down by the delegating federation in application of article L. 311-2 ;
3° Sailing beyond 200 nautical miles from a shelter;
4° Climbing practised on sports sites beyond the first relay point and “adventure grounds”, determined in accordance with the technical classification standards laid down by the delegating federation in application of article L. 311-2, as well as “via ferrata” climbing;
5° Whatever the area of activity:
a) Canyoning ;
b) Parachuting ;
c) Skiing, mountaineering and similar activities;
d) Speleology ;
e) Sea surfing;
f) Hang-gliding, with the exception of kite flying and kite fighting.
