In the case referred to in 2° of article R. 212-94-1, in which France is the Member State of origin, the application for a European professional mountain guide card, accompanied by the supporting documents required by the host Member State, is sent to the Minister for Sport, who examines it.
The Minister responsible for sports checks that the application is complete and verifies that the applicant is legally established and that the supporting documents provided by the applicant are valid and authentic within the following deadlines:
1° If the application is complete, the Minister for Sport will check, within one month of receiving the application, whether the applicant is legally established in France and whether the supporting documents provided are valid and authentic;
2° If the application is incomplete, the Minister for Sport will request the missing documents within one week of receipt of the application and will carry out the checks mentioned in the second paragraph within one month of receipt of the missing documents. If the application is not completed within three months, it is declared inadmissible and the Minister for Sport informs the applicant accordingly.
Once it has carried out the checks mentioned in the second paragraph, the Minister responsible for Sport shall forward the application to the host Member State without delay and shall simultaneously inform the applicant of this forwarding.
