Article R213-9 of the French Cinema and Moving Image Code

On expiry of the period specified in Article R. 213-6 for the implementation of the measures set out in the conciliation report or on expiry of a period of one month from notification of the injunction, if the measures intended to put an end to the disputed situation have not been taken, the mediator may implement the provisions of articles L. 213-6 or L. 213-7.
These same provisions may be applied at any time, one month after formal notice has been given by the mediator, if the implementation of the measures prescribed by the conciliation report or by the mediator’s injunction is interrupted and the disputed situation re-established.

Article R213-9

A l’expiration du délai imparti à l’article R. 213-6 pour l’exécution des mesures figurant au procès-verbal de conciliation ou à l’expiration d’un délai d’un mois à compter de la notification de l’injonction, si les mesures destinées à mettre fin à la situation litigieuse n’ont pas été prises, le médiateur peut mettre en œuvre les dispositions des articles L. 213-6 ou L. 213-7.
Il peut être fait application à tout moment de ces mêmes dispositions, un mois après une mise en demeure adressée par le médiateur, si l’exécution des mesures prescrites par le procès-verbal de conciliation ou par l’injonction du médiateur est interrompue et la situation litigieuse rétablie.
