I. – Acts published in electronic form are made available to the public on the municipality’s website in their entirety, in an unmodifiable format and under conditions that ensure their preservation, guarantee their integrity and enable them to be downloaded.
The electronic version of these documents must include a mention, in legible characters, of the first name, surname and position of the author, as well as the date on which the document was posted on the municipality’s website. The publicity period for the deed may not be less than two months.
II. – Where the municipal council of a municipality with fewer than 3,500 inhabitants has opted, pursuant to 2° of IV of article L. 2131-1, for the publication on paper of the acts of the municipal authorities, these acts are made available to the public at the town hall on a permanent basis and free of charge.
III. – The delivery of the acts mentioned in VI of article L. 2131-1 is carried out in accordance with the procedures set out in article R. 311-11 of the code of relations between the public and the administration.
