An order of the Minister for Health specifies the conditions under which :
1° For the purposes of assessing the risk referred to in the first paragraph of I of Article R. 2131-1, doctors or midwives carrying out the examinations referred to in 2° of I of this article transmit to the medical biologists carrying out the examinations referred to in 1° of I of the same article the data required to calculate the risk ;
2° For the purposes of quality control of the examinations mentioned in II of Article R. 2131-2-1 and evaluation of their results:
a) Practitioners carrying out the examinations mentioned in 1° of II of Article R. 2131-1 shall transmit to the medical biologists mentioned in 1° of the present article the data useful for evaluation and quality control;
b) The medical biologists mentioned in 1° of this article shall transmit to the Agence de la biomédecine the anonymised data of which they are the holders or recipients with a view to the Agency carrying out its task of evaluating prenatal diagnosis; c) The Agence de la biomédecine shall transmit to the medical biologists mentioned in 1° of this article the anonymised data of which they are the holders or recipients with a view to the Agency carrying out its task of evaluating prenatal diagnosis;
c) The Agence de la biomédecine transmits the data it receives in application of the previous paragraph to the bodies involved in the quality control process;
d) The Haute Autorité de Santé, in conjunction with the professionals involved in carrying out the examinations, will define the quality assurance procedures for their professional practices;
e) The Agence de la biomédecine periodically sends aggregated data resulting from the assessment it carries out to the competent health authorities and to the bodies involved in the quality control process for the purposes of carrying out their missions or activities.
