Preimplantation diagnosis includes the following activities:

1° Cell sampling from the embryo obtained by in vitro fertilisation ;

2° Cytogenetic tests, including molecular tests, on the embryonic cell or cells;

3° Molecular genetic tests on the embryonic cell or cells.

Le diagnostic préimplantatoire comprend les activités suivantes :

1° Le prélèvement cellulaire sur l’embryon obtenu par fécondation in vitro ;

2° Les examens de cytogénétique, y compris moléculaire, sur la ou les cellules embryonnaires ;

3° Les examens de génétique moléculaire sur la ou les cellules embryonnaires.
