Authorisation to carry out the tests mentioned in 3° of I of Article R. 2131-1 may only be granted if the health establishment or medical biology laboratory holds authorisation to carry out the tests mentioned in 1° and 2° of II of the same article.

Authorisation to carry out the tests mentioned in 3° of I of Article R. 2131-1 may only be granted if the health establishment or medical biology laboratory holds authorisation to carry out the tests mentioned in 1° and 2° of II of the same article.
L’autorisation de pratiquer les examens mentionnés au 3° du I de l’article R. 2131-1 ne peut être accordée que si l’établissement de santé ou le laboratoire de biologie médicale est titulaire des autorisations pour réaliser les examens mentionnés aux 1° et au 2° du II du même article.
