Each employee trade union organisation has two votes. Each professional employers’ organisation has a number of votes proportional to its audience at national and cross-industry level determined under the conditions provided for in the first paragraph of I of article L. 2135-15 and according to the rule of proportional representation by the highest average. The total number of votes cast by the employers’ professional organisations is equal to the total number of votes cast by the employees’ trade union organisations.
The Board’s decisions are deemed to be adopted if at least one member organisation does not object. In the event of opposition, resolutions are adopted by a majority of the votes of the members present or represented.
Notwithstanding the provisions of the previous paragraph, resolutions relating to the subject defined in 7° of article R. 2135-14 are adopted by a two-thirds majority of the votes of the members present or represented.
