Article R2135-27 of the French Labour Code

The Board of Directors of the association managing the fund determines the amount earmarked to finance the activities referred to in 1° of Article L. 2135-11, which may not be less than 73 million euros.
In the absence of a decision by the Board of Directors, the amount earmarked for the allocations provided for in 1° and 2° of I of Article R. 2135-28 is set at 73 million euros.

Article R2135-27

Le conseil d’administration de l’association gestionnaire du fonds détermine le montant destiné au financement des activités mentionnées au 1° de l’article L. 2135-11, qui ne peut être inférieur à 73 millions d’euros.
En l’absence de délibération du conseil d’administration, le montant destiné aux dotations prévues aux 1° et 2° du I de l’article R. 2135-28 est fixé à 73 millions d’euros.
