Article R214-150 of the French Monetary and Financial Code

Any shareholder, with or without the assistance of a person of his choice, may at any time inspect the following documents relating to the last three financial years, either personally or through a representative, at the registered office: balance sheets, income statements, notes, inventories, reports submitted to the General Meetings, attendance sheets and minutes of the General Meetings, total remuneration for the management, direction and administration of the company and, where applicable, supervisory remuneration.

The right to inspect these documents includes, with the exception of the inventory, the right to take copies of them.

Tout associé, assisté ou non d’une personne de son choix, peut à tout moment prendre connaissance au siège social, par lui-même ou par mandataire, des documents suivants relatifs aux trois derniers exercices : bilans, comptes de résultat, annexes, inventaires, rapports soumis aux assemblées, feuilles de présence et procès-verbaux de ces assemblées, rémunérations globales de gestion, de direction et d’administration de la société ainsi que, le cas échéant, rémunérations de surveillance.

Le droit de prendre connaissance de ces documents comporte, à l’exception de l’inventaire, celui d’en prendre copie.
