Article R214-151 of the French Monetary and Financial Code

The inventory and the annual accounts are made available to the statutory auditors within one month of the end of the financial year. The management report shall be made available to them within forty-five days of the end of the financial year.

No later than one month after receiving the management report or, where applicable, the annual financial statements amended following their observations, the statutory auditors shall file their report at the company’s registered office, together with the special report provided for in Article L. 214-106.

In the performance of their duties, the Statutory Auditors are subject to Title II of Book VIII of the Commercial Code.

L’inventaire et les comptes annuels sont mis à la disposition des commissaires aux comptes dans le mois qui suit la clôture de l’exercice. Le rapport de gestion est mis à leur disposition dans les quarante-cinq jours suivant cette clôture.

Un mois au plus tard après avoir reçu le rapport de gestion ou, le cas échéant, les comptes annuels modifiés suite à leurs observations, les commissaires aux comptes déposent leur rapport au siège social de la société ainsi que le rapport spécial prévu à l’article L. 214-106.

Les commissaires aux comptes sont soumis, dans l’exercice de leurs fonctions, au titre II du livre VIII du code de commerce.
