When a fund management company enters into forward purchase or sale transactions involving securities which are not admitted to trading on a financial instruments market within the meaning of I of article L. 214-28, the agreements relating to these transactions are entered into within the limits and under the conditions specified in the fund rules.
Lorsqu’il est procédé par la société de gestion d’un fonds à des opérations d’achat ou de vente à terme portant sur des titres qui ne sont pas admis à la négociation sur un marché d’instruments financiers au sens du I de l’article L. 214-28, les conventions concernant ces opérations sont conclues dans les limites et sous les conditions précisées par le règlement du fonds.
