The purchaser may require economic operators to provide information on their annual accounts, indicating in particular the relationship between assets and liabilities.
The purchaser shall specify, in the consultation documents, the objective and non-discriminatory methods and criteria that it will apply in order to take this information into account.

L’acheteur peut exiger que les opérateurs économiques fournissent des informations sur leurs comptes annuels indiquant notamment le rapport entre les éléments d’actif et de passif.
L’acheteur précise, dans les documents de la consultation, les méthodes et les critères objectifs et non-discriminatoires qu’il appliquera pour prendre en compte ces informations.
