The purchaser may impose conditions guaranteeing that economic operators have the human and technical resources and experience necessary to perform the contract to an appropriate standard of quality. To this end, in service or works contracts and supply contracts requiring siting or installation work or including the provision of services, the purchaser may require candidates to indicate the names and relevant professional qualifications of the natural persons who will be responsible for the performance of the contract in question.

L’acheteur peut imposer des conditions garantissant que les opérateurs économiques possèdent les ressources humaines et techniques et l’expérience nécessaires pour exécuter le marché en assurant un niveau de qualité approprié. A cette fin, dans les marchés de services ou de travaux et les marchés de fournitures nécessitant des travaux de pose ou d’installation ou comprenant des prestations de service, l’acheteur peut imposer aux candidats qu’ils indiquent les noms et les qualifications professionnelles pertinentes des personnes physiques qui seront chargées de l’exécution du marché en question.
