Article R2142-32 of the French Public Health Code

The gamete, germinal tissue and embryo registers provided for in articles R. 2142-33 and R. 2142-34, as well as, where applicable, the information mentioned in article R. 1244-5 concerning the gamete donor, must be sent to the health establishment, body, health cooperation group or laboratory receiving the gametes, germinal tissue or embryos under conditions that guarantee their confidentiality.

Les registres de gamètes, de tissus germinaux et d’embryons prévus aux articles R. 2142-33 et R. 2142-34, ainsi que, le cas échéant, les informations mentionnées à l’article R. 1244-5 concernant le donneur de gamètes, doivent être transmis à l’établissement de santé, à l’organisme, tout groupement de coopération sanitaire ou au laboratoire accueillant les gamètes, les tissus germinaux ou les embryons dans des conditions garantissant leur confidentialité.
