Article R2142-8 of the French Public procurement code

In the case of an allotment contract, the ceiling mentioned in article R. 2142-7 applies to each of the lots. However, the purchaser may require a minimum annual turnover for groups of lots, in the event that a contractor is awarded several lots to be performed at the same time.

En cas de marché alloti, le plafond mentionné à l’article R. 2142-7 s’applique pour chacun des lots. Toutefois, l’acheteur peut exiger un chiffre d’affaires annuel minimal pour des groupes de lots, dans l’éventualité où un titulaire se verrait attribuer plusieurs lots à exécuter en même temps.
