Article R2143-3 of the French Public procurement code

In support of its application, the candidate shall produce:
1° A declaration on honour to the effect that it does not fall into any of the cases mentioned in Articles L. 2141-1 to L. 2141-5 and L. 2141-7 to L. 2141-11, in particular that it satisfies the obligations concerning the employment of disabled workers defined in Articles L. 5212-1 to L. 5212-11 of the Labour Code;
2° The information requested by the purchaser for the purposes of verifying the applicant’s ability to carry out the professional activity, economic and financial capacity and technical and professional capability.

Le candidat produit à l’appui de sa candidature :

2° Les renseignements demandés par l’acheteur aux fins de vérification de l’aptitude à exercer l’activité professionnelle, de la capacité économique et financière et des capacités techniques et professionnelles du candidat.
