Article R2145-1 of the French Labour Code

In order to benefit from State financial aid, the bodies providing economic, social, environmental and trade union training, approved under the conditions provided for in article R. 2145-3, draw up preliminary programmes for courses or sessions specifying, in particular, the subjects taught and the duration of the training.

Agreements concluded between, on the one hand, the specialised centres mentioned in 1° of article L. 2145-2 and the bodies mentioned in the fourth paragraph of the same article and, on the other hand, the ministries concerned or the universities or university institutes, set out the conditions under which this aid is used, in particular for the remuneration of teaching staff and the award of study grants.

Pour bénéficier de l’aide financière de l’Etat, les organismes dispensant la formation économique, sociale, environnementale et syndicale, agréés dans les conditions prévues à l’article R. 2145-3, établissent des programmes préalables de stages ou de sessions précisant, notamment, les matières enseignées et la durée de formation.

Des conventions conclues entre, d’une part, les centres spécialisés mentionnés au 1° de l’article L. 2145-2 et les organismes mentionnés au quatrième alinéa de ce même article et, d’autre part, les ministères intéressés ou les universités ou instituts d’université, prévoient les conditions dans lesquelles cette aide est utilisée, notamment pour la rémunération du corps enseignant et l’octroi de bourses d’études.
