Article R2152-4 of the French Labour Code

When the membership of several undertakings is effected by one of them on behalf of the others with the written agreement of the latter, each undertaking is taken into account for the measurement of the audience as a member as soon as its contribution is paid in accordance with the rules defined in articles R. 2152-1 and R. 2152-2.

Lorsque l’adhésion de plusieurs entreprises est effectuée par l’une d’entre elles pour le compte des autres avec l’accord écrit de celles-ci, chaque entreprise est prise en compte pour la mesure de l’audience comme adhérente dès lors que sa cotisation est versée conformément aux règles définies aux articles R. 2152-1 et R. 2152-2.
