Also counted as member companies are those which, in accordance with the procedures laid down by a decision of the competent body of the organisation or of the statutory territorial structure of this organisation, pay a reduced membership fee, to take account of membership during the year or for any other reason provided for by the aforementioned decision, provided that this reduction does not exceed by half the membership fee…

The number of member companies is assessed at 31 December of the year preceding the year of the declaration of candidacy provided for in article L. 2152-5.

When the membership of several undertakings is effected by one of them on behalf of the others with the written agreement of the latter, each undertaking is taken into account for the measurement of the audience as a member as soon as its contribution is paid in accordance with the rules defined in articles R. 2152-1 and R. 2152-2.

In order to be taken into account, the member must have paid, by 31 March of the year of the declaration of candidacy provided for in article L. 2152-5, all the contributions due for the previous year.

Compliance with the audience criterion defined in 6° of article L. 2151-1 is assessed by the Minister responsible for labour, who ensures that the amount of the contribution paid is sufficient to establish the reality of their membership.
