Article R2152-13 of the French Labour Code

A professional employers’ organisation that wishes to have its representativeness established in application of article L. 2152-1 in several professional branches shall submit a declaration of candidacy for each of the branches in which it is a candidate.

By way of derogation from the previous paragraph, in the branches covering exclusively the agricultural activities mentioned in 1° to 4° of article L. 722-1 of the rural and maritime fishing code as well as those of agricultural equipment use cooperatives, candidacies are presented for each sector of activity.

L’organisation professionnelle d’employeurs qui souhaite voir établie sa représentativité en application de l’article L. 2152-1 dans plusieurs branches professionnelles dépose une déclaration de candidature au titre de chacune des branches dans laquelle elle est candidate.

Par dérogation à l’alinéa précédent, dans les branches couvrant exclusivement les activités agricoles mentionnées aux 1° à 4° de l’article L. 722-1 du code rural et de la pêche maritime ainsi que celles des coopératives d’utilisation de matériel agricole, les candidatures sont présentées pour chaque secteur d’activité.
