Article R2152-2 of the French Labour Code

Also counted as member companies are those which, in accordance with the procedures laid down by a decision of the competent body of the organisation or of the statutory territorial structure of this organisation, pay a reduced membership fee, to take account of membership during the year or for any other reason provided for by the aforementioned decision, provided that this reduction does not exceed by half the membership fee due in application of the rules mentioned in article R. 2152-1.

Sont également prises en compte comme entreprises adhérentes celles qui, selon les modalités fixées par une délibération de l’organe compétent de l’organisation ou de la structure territoriale statutaire de cette organisation, s’acquittent d’une cotisation dont le montant est réduit, pour tenir compte d’une adhésion en cours d’année ou de tout autre motif prévu par la délibération précitée, sous réserve que cette réduction n’excède pas de moitié la cotisation due en application des règles mentionnées à l’article R. 2152-1.
